Privacy

How Wohnen in Graz handles website, form, and newsletter data.

Last reviewed: 11 August 2026 · Network authority: Schmallegger public D1 · Site scope: www.wohneningraz.com

What this site processes

Cloudflare may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect this website, including an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information, and security signals. Optional contact and newsletter forms process only the information entered by the visitor, consent state, request metadata, and the originating website.

One shared database, explicit site scope

Form submissions are sent to the governed API at www.schmallegger.net and stored in the network's Cloudflare D1 database. The API derives the source website from the request origin and stores a site key, public host, and source URL. This provides one operational authority without losing per-domain auditability.

Cookies, analytics, and consent

Each domain keeps its own consent and analytics configuration. A configuration from another domain is never silently copied. Non-essential technology must remain inactive until the visitor's applicable consent choice has been recorded.

Purpose and retention

Contact records are used to review and answer the submitted message. Newsletter records are used to manage requested enrollment and related audit events. Records are kept only as long as needed for the requested service, security, diagnostics, legal obligations, and auditable follow-up.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion where applicable. Use this site's contact page or the network's Compliance Notice lane. The authoritative operator and correspondence information is maintained in the Legal Notice.
